What is School Gateway?
School Gateway, is the easiest way to interact with your child's life at school. Designed to support schools in achieving outstanding parental engagement, School Gateway helps you manage school communications, payments, clubs, dinner money and more all in one simple, easy to use app. School Gateway is your school’s app available on Android, iOS and the web. It’ll work on phones tablets, laptops and even smart watches.
Monitor Attendance and Reports
Check your child’s attendance record and submit explanations for any absences. Receive notifications for achievements and behaviour. Get the latest progress reports sent directly to your School Gateway account.
Two-way Messaging through the App
You can use School Gateway as a form of getting in touch with the school and we as a school use this as a method of contact instead of sending home printed letters. App messages cost nothing to send so using the app helps your school save money by cutting down on bulk texts and printing.
Cashless Payments
You’ll be able to use School Gateway to pay for school dinners, clubs, trips, and more. This means you won’t have to queue up at the school office or send your children into school with cash envelopes to pay for trips.
You can use credit/debit cards, Bank Transfer or PayPoint from more than 28,000 shops. Track your payment history and receive either digital or printed receipts from your school.
Book After School Clubs and Wraparound Care.
If your school uses our club management service, you’ll be able to access this through School Gateway too. View your school’s clubs, check available sessions on a calendar, then book the sessions you want.
You can also view upcoming school trips and secure your child’s place.

Class Dojo
What is Class Dojo?
ClassDojo is a global community of more than 50 million teachers and families who come together to share kids’ most important learning moments, in school and at home—through photos, videos, messages, and more.
We use the class dojo app to communicate with our families throughout the school and also as our rewards system with Dojo's being earned for being in school on time, helping our friends, being on task and many other positive behaviours.
This is also how you can contact the class teacher with any queries or notifications.
It can be accessed via Android or Apple Apps or via the computer browser. You will be sent an invitation to join at the beginning of each year.
